Assignment Brief
A Client Requirements document is applied to obtain research information to provide us an accurate understanding of what the job entails. Essentially, the Assignment Brief acts as a Memorandum of Understanding.
Once the client agrees on the content, the document is used as the basis for selection and as a brief for prospective candidates.
Search
Our research methods are multi-faceted. We rigorously utilise desk research methods as well as an extensive network of contacts to provide a seamless merging of companies with the most suitable candidates. We ensure that the individual fits the image, job requirement, vision and all other company requirements. This is guaranteed, as the client is involved in all stages of the sifting process.
Client and candidate confidentiality is paramount at 3W Professionals. We conform to a strict Code of Ethics, which means that we do not headhunt staff from our client organisations.
Selection
We begin by designing an advertisement. Once the client approves the advertisement copy, we would select the most suitable media with the consent of the client. We then run the advertisement and process all responses.
Interviewing
At this stage, we would organise preliminary interviews that would be conducted by our specialist recruitment consultants dedicated to the specific client and assignment.
Shortlist
Following the primary screening processes, a list of top candidates would be drawn up. We will supply a written detailed assessment of each person.
Client Interview
Interviews between the client and the suitable candidates will be arranged and confirmed following a full briefing to both. All correspondence between the parties will be handled by 3W Professionals up to the point when an offer is made and accepted.
Final Stage
Following reference checks and final suitability assessment, a verbal offer would be made to the candidate of preference and the negotiation of remuneration would be undertaken if required. We then ensure that the Letter of Offer of Employment is sent, received and confirmed by signed acceptance of the offer.
Follow up
Unlike other similar consultancies, 3W Professional’s services do not end once an offer has been made and accepted. Regular contact will continue with the client and employee long after the appointment is made to ensure that both parties are completely satisfied with the appointment.
